Default Notty Light

I made this last weekend for the first batch to go in my new kegs.
This is my first attempt at such a light beer.
I wanted something cheap and fast, and based this off Biermuncher's Cream of 3 Crops.

Recipe Specifications

Post Boil Volume: 5.25 gal
Batch Size (fermenter): 5.00 gal
Estimated OG: 1.041 SG
Estimated Color: 2.7 SRM

Est Mash Efficiency: 85.1 %
Boil Time: 80 Minutes

0.50 oz Saaz [4.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 5.7 IBUs
0.50 oz Mt. Hood [6.10 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 5.6 IBUs
1.0 pkg Nottingham Yeast (Lallemand #-) [23.66 m Yeast


Mash Schedule: Single Infusion, Medium Body, Batch Sparge
Total Grain Weight: 7 lbs 13.0 oz

Notes:

Mashed at 148
Temp had dropped to 140 at 65 min into the mash.
Added 2 gal boiling water - temp raised to 154 (measured at 70 min)
1st running started 90 min. - measured volume 4 1/3 gal
2 1/4 gallons used for sparge
