Default Splitting an unfiltered wheat beer

***WARNING*** Possible stupid question ahead

We all know you pour half a hef, swirl and pour the second half. How do you do this when your splitting a single bottle between you and someone else?

Pour it all into one glass then split that glass into another glass.

I don't like extra yeast, my wife does, so she gets the second glass. ha ha.

My answer to this puzzler is: pour 1/4 into her glass, pour 1/4 into your glass, swirl, pour 1/4 into her glass, pour the remainder intro your glass so you get the dregs if you mess up the pour.
