Default Heading to the fridge to cold crash!

Well, after two weeks to the day fermenting and no airlock activity, took a reading and it is 1.010, right on the money. Tasted a little and it even tastes like beer.

It's the Muntons Export Pilsner extract kit (really an ale), with a bit more DME added than called for.

Just took the bucket out to the garage fridge, which is set at 35 F. A week from now, time to bottle!

Not as though it's a major accomplishment like brain science or rocket surgery, but it's nice when things work out the way they're supposed to -- so far.
