Im wondering if anyone has used brewing yeast in making bread ? Ive been getting into the practice of making bread with my spent grains after every brew day and it is always a big hit around my house. It cost so little and you get a number of loafs with using the grains (6 loafs just from a partial grain recipe). Ive got a vail of English Ale yeast in the fridge thats been there for sometime now that I wont be using it in any brew so Im thinking what the heck lets see what happens !!!!
Any thoughts ?
