Default Campden tablets effective?

Just wondering if Campden tablets remove fluoride from water? I have an annual city drinking water report and it says fluoride is added to the water at the plant because it promotes "healthy gums and white teeth". Bunch of bullony....

Woody Allen in character as Ray "the Brain" in Small Time Crooks talks extensively about the effects of city water fluoride on teeth.

Only use crushed campden pills as water treatment if you have chloramine.
