Additional Yeast or Yeast Starter: No   
Batch Size (Gallons): 5   
Original Gravity: 1.048   
Final Gravity: 1.011   
IBU: 20   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90   
Color: 6 SRM   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 21 Days @ 65F to Free Rise   
Tasting Notes: Very fruity. Bubblegum early on, but it evolves to strawberry and banana esters   

Silence is Golden Belgian Single

5 gallon, 75% efficiency

8# German Pils
2# German Munich Type I
8oz Briess Red Wheat Malt
8oz CaraRed Malt

1 oz Styrian Goldings (3.8%) @ 85 minutes
1 oz Stryian Goldings (3.8%) @ 5 minutes

WLP500 Trappist Ale yeast

I donated a corny of this to my LHBS to pour at a beer and spirits festival in Lake Geneva last weekend. Out of all the kegs at the event, I was told this one kicked first. A little too fruity for my tastes, but I really haven't had anything else in this style to compare it to.
