Default Hank's Hefe

Just ordered the Hank's Hefe recipe kit from Midwest! Pretty excited about it, love Hefes. Anyone else tried this one??

First time doing a wheat beer + first time doing the wyeast activator pack. Any advice?

Use a blow off, don't even think of using an airlock.

I've never had this problem with 3068 or wlp 300 yeast. bubbles nicely but no heavy airlock activity at all. maybe it's because I use fermcap but I've never had a blowout
