Default Finding a brew master plus

I am redeveloping a mill for lofts restaurant pub and retail stores and artist lofts. I would like to make it a brew pub as well as have local wines, ciders, meade and such. I have been looking but cant seem to find any place inparticular to find people for this.
I am in NH and can either hire or possibly partner with person. Any help finding workers would be greatly appreciated. I need to know what i need to set this up at this stage to buy equipment and such.
Thanks in advance Chris

You could also look into local Brewer's associations/guilds. From the Brewers Association(http://www.brewersassociation.org/pa...find-a-guild):
New Hampshire Craft Brewers Association
JT Thompson
c/o Smuttynose Brewing Co.
225 Heritage Avenue
Portsmouth, NH 03801
Phone: 603-436-4026 x 26

Either of these resources should be able to help you directly or point you in the right direction.
