( Society of Akron Area Zymugysts) but you might be able to talk to them and either get some help on brew day or borrow some equipment.
Whats your target gravity? I made an RIS this past spring with a buddy in Cincinnati with an OG of 1.106(1.022 FG) and we just did the shake & slosh method for a few minutes. I have yet to crack one open so I can't tell you it turned out fine.
