Default Hop Blocker?

Has anyone used the Blichmann HopBlocker? Can you provide an endorsement? I've heard mixed reviews. What's everyone else using as a hopblocker?

Hey brother, it generally gets negative reviews. Search for "hop blocker" and scroll down a bit. You'll see a few conversations with some folks who have use it. Mostly it seems to not work well with full hops and is difficult to use. A few people seem to regret purchasing it and have gone back to whirlpooling. I'd suggest practicing and getting better at the whirlpool and accept that you're going to lose an inch or two or nasty trub that you probably don't want in your fermenter anyhow.
