Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 6
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 days @ 68
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 days @ 68
Tasting Notes: A very sessionable IPA, with a crisp dry finish. Hoppy aroma, with moderate bitternes

4 lbs Light LME (60 min)
4 lbs Light LME (flameout)
5 oz Corn Sugar (60 min)
1 lbs crystal 10 (steep 20 min @ 150)

60 min 1oz Chinook 11.5 AA
15 min .5oz Chinook 11.5 AA
5 min 1.5oz Centennial 11.4 AA
5 min 1.5oz Cascade 4.5 AA
Dry 1oz Chinook 5 days
Dry 1oz Cascade 5 days
Dry 1oz Centennial 5 days

My goal with this recipee was to find a nice sessionable IPA. I wanted a beer that you could have 3 or 4 of, but still have a huge hop aroma and taste. I was very impressed with the drinkability, while still giving you that hop kick of almost a IIPA. In a glass, the beer has a light color, with a nice white head. I bottle conditioned for only 2 weeks, and got right to drinking before the hops could possibly fade.

Yeah might try your hop schedule on an all-grain recipe!
