Has anyone ever used graham crackers in there beer?

Some guys have found a graham cracker extract. Some guys use it for a southern tier pumpking clone with good results.

I think a few guys on here have made some graham cracker porters using actual graham crackers with success. I cant remember who made it or what they were called infortunately. Maybe search the recipe database? It can be done though.
