What hops should I grow? Looking for cheap honey?
- Drinking: 2 blends of a rye sour: ECY20 + ECY34, local sour cherry kriek #2
- Fermenting: NHCPA (BPA and APA made with ingredients from Baltimore)
- Aging: brett'ed Belgian blond on raspberries, sour blond on second-use cherries, English Barleywine (half on brett), 3726 saison w/ brett x2 (dregs mix & Lochristi), GNO 3724 saison w/ brett mix, sour cherry mead, acerglyn, and a few other sours...

Thanks! I picked up a pound of Simcoe as well as some Meridian and this finally gave me an excuse to get the accuflex bev line so that I might actually finish my keezer conversion.

I think plenty, there has been a lot of hype and the way the big hops are going this year.... You can count me in for a lb when you get them.

I'm interested in them, but I'd only pick them up if I was also doing another order, say of East Kent Goldings (or hallertauer) 2012 hops.

John, would the Mosaic be pellet or leaf? I would go for either but I would prefer pellet if it is available.
