Hi all
I am thinking about a Belgium white beer for my next brew. Something along the lines of a Hoeegarden, which I love.
Anyone got any ideas or recipes you might be willing to share ?

Hi, I love a good Belgian witbier, its a great dinner beer, compliments so many foods. Have you looked through the recipe database here at HBT? Its organized by style. Good luck!

If you want a great recipe book try Jamil's Brewing Classic Styles. There's an award winning recipe in every beer category. I made his Wit and it is awesome.
