They are different for different brands of couplers. You can order new parts from chicompany. I rebuilt one and replaced all the o rings for just a couple bucks.

It's a type D tap.

There is no brand name on my tap (that I can see). Looking online it seems that the body seals are universal.

Try calling the supplier. I needed a set of washers that were $0.25 each and shipping for 4 pieces was $8.00 ordering on line. I called to question this and they sent them to me for the price of a stamp plus a $1.00 handling fee.
