With brewind software like BeerSmith you can easy convert to extract. But I couldn't tell you whether to steep or mini mash the grains.

Here is a 10 gallon extract version. This has been done a few months ago and came out fantastic.

Will be doing it again Next Sat. BeerSmith screws up the amount of yeast needed. One pack for a 5 gallon batch is plenty, 2 packs for a 10 of course.

Kona ChocolateMac Coffee Stout

Amt Name Type # %/IBU
1 lbs 13.7 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 1 9.9 %
9.9 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) Grain 2 3.3 %
4.9 oz Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM) Grain 3 1.6 %
4.9 oz Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) Grain 4 1.6 %
15 lbs 10.6 oz Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) Extract 5 83.5 %
1.19 oz Galena [14.10 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 6 29.7 IBUs
2.78 oz Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened) (Boil 5.0 mins) Flavor 7 -
0.60 oz Galena [14.10 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 8 3.0 IBUs
5.7 pkg SafAle English Ale (DCL/Fermentis #S-04) [23.66 ml] Yeast 9 -
5.56 Cup KonaMac/Chocolate Cold Steeped Coffee (Bottling 0.0 mins) Flavor 10 -
