I've read suggestions of adding caramalized honey to GF beers for color, body, and mouthfeel. Would it be possible to caramalize the Bries sorghum extract, and use that instead?

Possible? Sure. I don't have any idea what it would taste like, and I've never seen anyone do it, but why not give it a try?

Yeah, I'm one who is experimenting (successfully so far) with caramelizing honey for my beers, but it never occurred to me to do the same to sorghum syrup or even BRS for that matter.

I saw someone on here a while ago Caramelising sorghum syrup successfully. Maybe try doing a small batch of beer to see how it goes.
