Getting ready to do my first Winter Warmer. I'm essentially shooting for a spiced Robust Porter. I would appreciate any thoughts (This is a 3 gal recipe and 70% Efficiency). Thanks.

1/8 tsp ground ginger (1 Min)
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (1 Min)
1/8 tsp ground allspice (1 Min)

Wyeast 1728 (Scottish Ale)

Mash @ 154
Boil for 60 Min

Sounds delicious to me! I recently did a similar recipe but added a bit of smoked malt and used fresh sliced ginger root, crushed allspice berries, and whole cinnamon sticks to spice in the last 5 min of the boil. It's still in the primary so I'm not sure how it's turning out. Let me know how this one goes!
