Hey all I'm new here, I've read a few threads in research for the meads I have going. I have a gallon of wildflower traditional to bottle, nice floral taste but hot and needs age. I started a two gallon bochet about 4 days ago, its fermenting away and looks good. And the last is a three gallon batch with 7.5lbs of honey, I burnt a third of the honey as an experiment. Also in that is three navel oranges cut in eighths, and an oz of grated ginger. Its fermenting away in a 3 gallon better bottle and smells delicious.
