I really liked the thread where the new brewer was asking for advice on a computer program he was writing to count and record the number and volume of bubbles to correlate to attenuation. I thought Revvy was gonna blow a gasket!!!

Oooooh, Revvy isn't gonna like that, you blew his well crafted cover and all. He might give you some days off in tme out for that...But seriously hydrometers are the only real measure of fermentation and whether the brew is done or not.
