You might try this one:
I've never made it, so I can't say how good it is; but it looks good to me.

Good day. After the wife got done canning our pears from our pear tree. I took the left over pear liquid, add yeast and let the fermentation process take effect. and let it torment me. When she was doing the canning what was left of the liquid was a gallon. It came out sweet and some what strong. not bad at all.
