I just moved and filtered a Munich Dunkel that I made 3 weeks ago to a keg and am going to let it lager for awhile. Question is should I put the CO2 on it now or wait awhile?

I do not have the links anymore, but a few months ago I had the same question, researched it on these boards, and concluded it really does not matter, but why not put the carb on if you can? When you sample it, you won't have to pretend it's carbonated, you'll know exactly how much longer to let it lager for.

I'm with libeerty. It takes about two weeks to get the carbonic acid thing going, which I think makes a beer taste more "finished" imho. If you are going to carb now, I'd just make sure I had some way to release pressure. Are you naturally carbing or force carbing?
