Default Sweetwater Motorboat

Really wanting to be able to brew something like this hoppy ESB from Sweetwater. Their website lists the grains as: 2 Row, Carapils, Vienna Malt, 70/80, 13/17, 40L. Anybody got any ideas what the "70/80, 13/17, 40L" would be?

I can't answer your question, but I picked up one of the last 6-packs at my local Publix last night. I launched my wooden boat with this beer because I liked the name and really like the beer!

Looks great...the boat is nice too :^)
Seriously, is that a CrisCraft? Reminds me of our ship's Captians Gig when I was in the navy.

Well. I think I'm going to just take Jamil's ESB recipe. Swap out the aromatic malt for some victory and hop with EKG and cascade. Then a largish cascade dryhop. Here's a rough draft. http://hopville.com/recipe/1653201

That's way to much victory, it'll over power the beer, I'd use Vienna instead and I'd drop the Special Roast.
