Wondering when to add the pear - here are my options:
1) add to primary, on day 8
2) move into secondary then add , on day 15
Pear has a light flavor and I dont want it overpowering (more than just a hint though).
Note on recipe: all grain (60% 2-row, 40% white wheat), mashed at 152, and I'll double sparge. Add cinnamon sticks at 5 mins in boil. Using East kent Goldings at 60m - trying to avoid a lot of hops clashing with the fruit.
