Default Brew DAY

WOW what weather we are having so brew some BEER time is ON !!

I like the Diamond Knot IPA so # 6 batch is on today. Brew started and prep table ready. Now, I've made some changes to this you Know

Home grown Cascades in at the last of the boil. Man was a smell

Will yeild 5 gallons of bottled brewski's.

Ahh more nector. Well it's in the jug. First I had 4 box's of brew to move out thew way. This was with my home grown hops right off the Bines..

Looks great! Nice to see a fellow homebrewer in my neck of the woods. I'm in Mill Creek now, but lived in Smokey Point for quite a few years!

An american pale ale or IPA with homegrown cascade sounds really, really good.

Been a week and still burping, but really slow now. I'll give it a few more days and rack it over.
