I know what sorghum tastes like to me, and that's not the flavor I think I'm getting. Oh well, it's still the best GF brew I've ever tasted. Maybe that weird flavor will go away with a bit more time.
Primary: Fish Face IPA
Secondary: Perry, Plum Wine, Peach Wine, Mystery White Blend Wine

For me it got worse over time. I made a hoppy gf Pale and it was fine at first but as the hop flavor went away, the "sorghum twang" was really bad. I did the research and put half in at 60 min and the other half at flame out along with buckwheat honey and brown rice syrup. Had to dump the rest of the keg. Gonna use something else besides sorghum.
