Finally I'm able to have enough patience for a beer to hit it's stride before I have drank most of it!. It is a white IPA/Pale session beer with stupid amounts of dry hops. It was in the fermenter for 4 weeks and in the keg for 4.5 now. I had a half a glass once a week to see how it was progressing. The hop "juice" has settled out and it is mellowed into an awesome beer, and i still have most of it left.
I know to be patience but I seldom have any, now I can fully enjoy the fruits of my labor and and self restraint.
