I haven't looked at it in person, but if this could be a brite tank that's quite a bit of volume for 900 bucks.

I can't tell if it has a valve on the bottom. Or how much cleaning it would need to be food ready.

Thoughts?

Even if it needs cleaning, that's no big deal. You'll be cleaning constantly anyway.

Isn't a brite tank usually jacketed? So the temp could be maintained?

400 Gallons seems pretty big for a homebrewer too....

The inside looked rough. Pretty sure it had a Teflon coating. I decided to pass on it.

Being SS I could have cut the top off and converted it to a kettle. But for a brite tank, I have a cooler it would have fit in. Still 400gallon is big, no denying that.
