Hey guys,

If you want to see a 120V boil, I posted a video on YouTube.

I used two elements in my kettle. 1500 Watt and 2000 Watt.


Thanks to everyone who has posted info on your builds. It's very helpful for newbs like me!

Nice.
It's handy to have that extra power for heat-up, but you definitely dont need it for the 60 min boil, eh?

Right. I started with both, dropped down to one for a good while, then brought the other one back online later to boil down a little quicker.
