Hi, I just had this idea to make a Brett influenced saison. I like this idea because it seems faster also I could brew a batch 100% Brett filter at .45 microns in to a keg so it would be stable and blend with multiple batches at difrent rates. Any one try a similar Idea? Also would this eliminate the chance of Brett infecting my bottle filler?
brett is easily cleaned off of your gear, like any other yeast. i'm not understanding what you are trying to do, filter the yeast out in order to leave the flavor but not the yeast? lots of trouble for very little reward.
