Thanks eknee, i've gotten answers anywhere from a teaspoon to a 1/4 teaspoon by asking around at my LHS.
Next question then becomes: does a ground cinnamon need to be soaked in alcohol the way a stick does?
My instinct tells me 'yes, but' with a much larger surface area you would soak for a shorter period of time?
