Thought you guys might like to see this one. BrewPi is a completely open, DIY controller for your refrigerator using an Arduino kit and a Raspberry Pi computer. Elco Jacobs, a home brewer from the Netherlands has created this controller that is fully configurable from a web interface and has a claimed precision of temperature control of 0.1!

Last I saw, the Arduino runs about $99 and the Raspberry Pi, a Linux-based computer the size of a flash drive, runs around $45.

Go check out his project, it's very cool!
On Deck: Hold the Cone IPA, Bourbon Barrel KY Common Ale, possibly a Rye IPA

Hi Jim,

I had already posted it, but that's fine.
You are way off on the Arduino price:
You don't need a kit, just the bare Arduino.
