Can you wash dry yeast and 0stor it at fridge temp just like a liquid ?

I do it with US-05 and Nottingham all the time. Works great!

after your fermentation is complete you now have liquid yeast, magic.

Yep....I do it all of the time. I find that the second and third generations of washed US-05 and Nottingham are stronger at starting fermentation. I have found that washed US-05 is very similar to liquid Wyeast 1056.
