Yeast: US-05 Slurry   
Yeast Starter: None   
Additional Yeast or Yeast Starter: None   
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5   
Original Gravity: 1.059   
Final Gravity: 1.014   
IBU: 36.8   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60   
Color: 6.5   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 21 days @ 72   
Additional Fermentation: Bottle Condition   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): None   
Tasting Notes: Pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices in the nose and flavor.   

If you haven't brewed your pumpkin ale yet and you still want to, give this one a try. It's got lots of pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice flavor and aroma, but it's not overpowering. The single late addition of Cascade plays very nicely with the pumpkin pie spices. Enjoy!

10# Pale 2-row
1# Cara-pils
1# Honey malt
2# Libby's Pumpkin Puree

1.5 oz Cascade (5.6%) FWH
1 Whirlfloc tab @ 15 min
1 oz Cascade (5.6%) 5 min
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice FO

US-05 yeast

Mash everything, pumpkin and all at 154 F for 60 min

Will this make a 5 gallon batch? (I am new to brewing). Also how many gallons am I mashing this at?

This recipe is designed to make 5.5 gallons post-boil which will end up being in the neighborhood of 5.25 gallons bottling volume. I'm not sure what you're asking on the second part, but I think you mean to ask how much strike volume to use. If this is the case, then it really doesn't matter as long as you stick to the normal guideline of 1-2 quarts per pound.
