All I can find for info on White Labs' WLP320 Hefe yeast is that it's alcohol toleration is "medium." Does anyone know to what ABV it is tolerant to? I'm planning a 13-14% abv wheat-based braggot.

Cheers! :mug:

usually medium means 10-11%. everything i could find agrees with this on 320: "alcohol tolerance up to 10% ABV (WLP 320)"

Thank you.

Anyone have any recommendations for a hearty substitute? I'm using white wheat and pils for my base grains, but it doesn't necessarily need to be a wheat beer yeast like a hefe.
