Hey all - figured I'd post just a couple photos of my 2nd completed batch. It's a tasty Kolsch! Next up is pumpkin porter! Hopefully I can wrap it up by Halloween. Did I mention that even though it's warm and lacking carbonation, it's delicious? :P

And in case anyone was wondering, this is the batch I thought was all jacked up previously...patience evidently is key :P
