Just for kicks, I filmed one of my recent batches that really showed the yeast doing it's thing.

I know... I need to learn to turn the camera. But it still gets the point across.

This was a Bear Republic Red Rocket clone in the big carboy and a parti-gyle Little Rocket in the small carboy.

With all the questions that pop up on here, I thought it might be useful to show video of actual, normal fermentation.

A timelapse of a few days of fermenting would be pretty cool...
Primary: Cooper's Cerveza
Bottle conditioning:
Bottled: Altbier, Mr. Beer IPA, Dodging the Draught, JVP Thrilsner, Sweet Caroline Honey Ale, Stout
