I brewed a Chinook IPA and used fresh (wet) hops from my garden. I will be racking it to the secondary and will dry hop it this weekend.
Will fresh/wet (picked that morning) hops be ok to dry hop? I dont think it will matter. Just wondering what the ratio would be. I have read a 6 to 1 ratio in the boil. I used my wet hops at 0mins (about 8oz). The sample tasted amazing
