Last year I did my first 3 gallon batch of cider adding brown sugar to make it a little more leathel
I enjoyed it so much I am going to double my volume this year. This time I am going to do 4 or 5 gallons in the large carboy, this time with out the added sugar because she said so
, this will probably go into a keg. I am also going to do a gallon of still cider and a gallon with black berries(I will need to do some research on that) which will go into bottles. I figure this year I will start much earlier then last so I can enjoy it over the holidays. I am probably going to keg my current batch of beer next week and get the large batch of cider going at the same time.
