Default Ranco and 1-Wire?

Hey gang... pardon me if this is a stupid question, but is the temp sensor probe from a Ranco controller compatible with 1-Wire by chance? (DS18B20) And if it's not, could you replace the probe with one that had a DS18B20 in it so it would still work as before plus now have the ability to be wired to a 1-Wire adapter?

Maybe they don't work like that.... Just curious if i could use my existing Ranco for control, but read from it remotely in some fashion...

Thanks....
Kyle....
