Default Study Says: People Drink Beer Faster with a Curved Glass

I don't have any straight glasses to test the theory. 60% is a big difference.

I wonder what the percentage is for one of those glass boots.

The study makes it sound like people are trying to drink half a beer and they can't judge the halfway point in a curved glass. Why would you stop before the glass is empty?

Since they can't judge the midpoint, they have a harder time pacing themselves, maybe?

I think they drink the whole beer in the study.

I'm being this has more to do about having a pleasant aroma sticking around. They also did soda with no effect, but had faster times with beer.

I can believe it. All of my glasses are round and nary a beer has a chance in them. If they were curved too? Oh my.
