I grew up on both, so it's pretty hard to pick. But generally I like Star Wars a little more.

Enterprise was great, so was voyager. Picard was definitely the best captain. I also like that Patrick Stewart still voices a lot of animated characters. In fact I watched the latest episode of futurama and I believe he was the voice of the fox-hunt foreman.

I mean, I liked star wars enough, but I just can't watch the originals without thinking Luke was a whiny brat the whole time.

I like 'em both, but I think I'd have to go with Trek over Star Wars.
Regards, GF.

Both. But I liked ESB best of all, followed by EpV and Wrath of Kahn, then the rest. I have too much life to live to waste debating the merits of the leftover episodes.

Battlestar Galactica FTW. Then the original 1976 Star Wars Movie.... The only Star Trek thing that didn't leave me dissapointed was the latest re-invention of the Movie, and parts of Wrath of Khan...

My friends keep telling me to watch battlestar. Evidently the series is available on Netflix streaming. I haven't gotten around to it though, a lot of my time is devoted to this really great hobby I picked up a few months back...

Star Wars all the way.

I mean, come on:
Lightsaber vs. Phaser?
The Force vs Spock grip & mind melds?
Jedi robes vs 80's spandex?
Harrison Ford vs Shatner?
Jar Jar vs...ok, Trekkies got that one

We got death star...we'll blow your planet up. Plus Yoda. And Calrissian...Colt 45 malt liquor, works every time...

I was 5 years old in 1977 and Star Wars was the first film that I remember seeing in a theater. There was no hope for me after that. I was destined to be a sci-fi junkie, dreamer for life. My faced was pressed up against every view screen showing any sci-fi film....no matter how horrible it was. And I would love every minute of it.

Thanks, I don't know why I always think it was 1976.
