Has anyone used US-04 or similar beer yeast in skeeter pee? I have a batch of Apfelwein fermented with US-04. Its been about a month and Iíd like to whip up a batch of skeeter pee but donít have any good wine yeast cakes available at the moment.
Iím thinking I may need to back off the sugar a little bit so the yeast donít get overwhelmed.

Kegged:Oberon Clone, "Campfire" Hoppy Red Ale, Brown Trout Stout, Cider
Bottled: Random stuff(Cider, Mead, Wines)
Bulk Aging: Red wine, Blueberry "Brandy"
Up Next: Citra Blonde, Kolsch, IPA, IPA, IPA
