Default Causes of fermentation to "start up again".

My cider has been in its secondary for about a week now and it stopped bubbling after the first couple of days. Well last night I came home and checked on it (like I do ver, very often and it has started up again. The bubbles are very tiny but there's a bunch of them and the airlocks chugging away. Is this due to temps or what?

May just be out-gassing due to temperature or air pressure changes.

Cool, it's very clean looking (the bubbles) just weird that it started up again.

Temperature changes will indeed do that. It might also have a spontaneous malolactic fermentation going on, depending on how much you sanitized the must before you pitched the yeast.
