Default Oatwine recipe - please critique

If you would indulge me please... I'm playing with the idea of brewing an oatwine. The dream reults would be a thick, chewey, milkshake of a beer at 12-14%ABV.

This is my first time creating my own recipe. Feel free to rip it to shreds! There's a reason I'm posting here before I brew. Also, to avoid the question... I plan on using the champaigne yeast because I like the flavor, not just for the high alcohol tolerance.

Hope you've got some rice hulls!
I can't be arsed to keep up this list of what's in the fermenters, but hey, check out the cool brewery I own!

I would think that lautering would be almost impossible, to do so you might need TONS of rice hulls. Otherwise, interesting.
