Just kegged my Imperial Kolsch with FG at 1.014 it came in at 9.3 % ABV. Now going to lager for a month.

primarys: Black Jesus IPA
Secondaries: Apple cider

Bottled; Mead

Kegged; Barrel aged Porter, Irish Red,
Dead Guy Clone
Munich Helles, Oatmeal Stout, !2% Russian Imperial Stout, Milk Chocolate Stout, Barrel aged Russian Imperial Stout, 12% Barley Wine(aging)

Up Next; Black IPA

Sounds like a cool take on Kolsch I just brewed a regular Kolsch and had to fight off the urge to make it imperial, because I wanted to get to know the yeast.
