Default two stickys needed. yeast starter and dry yeast rehydration.

The problem with "stickying" a current thread is that it'd have to be edited to take out chatter and other things, in order to make it a resource.

Also, the wiki has some really good material and I'd prefer that we'd use the wiki more as a resource.

Copying and pasting from our own wiki onto a thread to make a sticky seems sort of redundant.
