The Itsy Bitsy Spider crawled up the Imperial stout,
Down came the cap, and blocked the spider's out,
Out came the man, and pryed off that cap,
And the Itsy Bitsy Spider.... aww crap!

Pending verification of the type of spider, I would have removed said spider and drank the beer. All spiders are poisonous to some extent or another, but if it was a deadly variety, now way. Anything else and I'm good to go. I've definitely scooped bugs out of my beer and kept on drinking.

One day an Englishman, a Scotsman, and an Irishman walked into a pub together. They each bought a pint of Guinness. Just as they were about to enjoy their creamy beverage, three flies landed in each of their pints, and were stuck in the thick head. The Englishman pushed his beer away in disgust. The Scotsman fished the fly out of his beer, and continued drinking it, as if nothing had happened. The Irishman, too, picked the fly out of his drink, held it out over the beer, and started yelling, "SPIT IT OUT, SPIT IT OUT YOU BASTARD!!!!

Replace fly with spider, Guinness with RIS and it works....

Whatevs. I bought a box of dried crickets and a box of dried larva at a nearby theme park for the fun of it. I doubt they tasted half as good as a nice Russian Imperial Spider Stout.

Best Beer Food pairing ever!

You all are over reacting about a little spider in a beer. My biggest conflict would be....do I drink the beer before I eat the Russian Imperial Spider or do I Eat the Russian Imperial Spider and then Drink the beer.
