So I have had a framboise lambic going for quite some time. After extended primary and secondaries and triciary periods I bottled with a little extra lactic acid for good measure. It has been bottle conditioning for a few weeks and pulled one out to cool and test and I can see what looks like small mold floating on top in the bottles. I am curious for anyone who has done this in past if this is normal pecille or should I be concerned?
