20 ounces of Centennial
20 ounces of Cascade
40 ounces of Chinook
I'm just now sitting down after brewing a 10 gallon batch of Pale using my Chinook at 60, Cascade at 20, and Centennial at 7. It smelled wonderful! I'll dry hop half of this using Amarillo and the other half using Citra. I made this same recipe a few times last season and it was always a hit.
